Strength for the comeback
Jalisa Bernheisel, Physical Therapist Assistant
Jalisa grew up in New Holland and graduated from Central Penn College. She brings over 18 years of outpatient experience from NovaCare and 5 years of inpatient experience at Ephrata Hospital.
Outside of work, Jalisa is all about staying active and soaking up the outdoors. She loves camping, hiking, and skydiving! When she’s not cheering on her kids at their sporting events, you can find her and her family at the racetrack, where her husband builds and races cars.
Jalisa has also overcome an incredible AML cancer journey and made an inspiring comeback, showing the same strength and determination she brings to her patients every day.
