With nearly a decade in the physical therapy world, Jess brings heart, hustle, and firsthand experience to every patient interaction. She began her journey as a tech, where her passion for helping others took root - and it’s only grown since.
Now, as our Patient Experience Specialist, Jess is the friendly voice on the phone and the welcoming face at our check-in desk. She’s here to make sure every visit starts with a smile and ends with you feeling supported and cared for.
Outside the clinic, Jess loves spending time outdoors, making memories with family and friends, cheering on the Phillies, and serving with her church community.
