Meet Kendall For the past 10 years, Kendall’s primary role has been being a stay-at-home mom to her two kids and their dog, Juniper. But when Alisha asked her to join the Made New team as a Patient Experience Specialist, she said, ABSOLUTELY YES!
She loves having the opportunity to work behind the scenes, supporting our physical therapists in whatever way is needed so they can focus on what they do best - helping our patients feel better and get back to doing what they love.
Kendall is the type of person who jumps at the chance to learn something new and can’t help but notice the little things. She thrives on turning that curiosity and attention to detail into small improvements that help our team run smoothly.
In her spare time, you might find her at her sewing machine, in her shed woodworking, or teaching her dog cute tricks - like covering his nose with his paws when asked if he’s embarrassed.
